From time to time I write about important changing events in our family or lives. This summer our son had the opportunity to work with James Pomeroy www.velocitysportsedu.com . Coach Jim travels all over the country teaching and lecturing on physics, math and baseball. It is so funny to listen to him as 40 high school players gather close to listen to this ex big league mind share math based educations on velocity of the baseball. I listened to the parents talking about how Velocity changed the ability for a son to go to a great college and how the boy is pain free. I heard words like a great education, a great mentor, a great and positive impact on the life of my son. I saw Coach James Pomeroy change the way kids thought in just an hour. I watched these 40 high school juniors leave the fields laughing, tired, sore but ready to achieve.
Our son worked with Coach Jim for 8 weeks. His pitching velocity increased 8 mph. Who can do that?
